Balsamic Vinegarette Recipe
Serves 5-6
Here is an easy balsamic vinegarette recipe. This recipe is easy to multiply if you need to make more. Its great for salad but you can also use it as a marinade or dip.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)
- 2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning (oregano, parsley, basil)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper (more or less to your preference)
Directions:
Pour the oil and vinegar into a jar. Add the remaining ingredients ingredients, seal the jar with a lid that fits tightly and shake the mixture for 30 seconds. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
