Easy Fruit Salad
Serves:
4-6 
This low-fat easy fruit salad is a great dish to bring to a potluck and is perfect for breakfast as well. Its also a perfectly colored, red, white and blue dish that you can bring to a 4th of July bash!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey (more or less to taste)
Directions:
Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them in half.
Mix the yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey together in a bowl. Add the blueberries and strawberries and stir, coating the fruit with the yogurt mixture. Add raspberries and fold the mixture gently until coated. This fruit salad may be chilled before serving or served right away.
