Easy Hummus Recipe
Serves 3-4
I will show you how to make hummus the easy way. This is the best hummus I have tried. It's healthy too!! In this recipe I whip up chick peas with olive oil and fried garlic for a delicious Mediterranean dip.

Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 OZ) chick peas
- 1 tablespoon raw tahini
- 2 cloves fried garlic
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch sea salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- pita bread cut in to triangles and warmed to serve
Directions:
Place the chick peas in a food processor. Add tahini garlic, salt, pepper, 2 tablspoons of olive oil and whip until well blended. Spoon the mixture onto a plate and make a dent in the center so that the hummus looks like a volcano. Pour the remaining olive oil into the center of the dent in the hummus. Sprinkle paprika on top and serve with pita bread that you have cut into triangles.
